The typical process includes material inspection, CNC cutting, assembly, welding, drilling, straightening, grinding, surface treatment, marking, and packaging.

For gate columns, portal beams, and decorative steel components, dimensional accuracy and hole position must be carefully controlled to ensure straight lines, accurate connections, and a clean appearance after installation. Welding and manual finishing are important parts of factory gate fabrication.

Before welding, the welding area should be cleaned. During welding, deformation should be controlled. After welding, grinding, correction, and visual inspection should be carried out.

For exposed steel members, decorative columns, guardhouse frames, metal facade connection points, and top beam edges, additional manual finishing can be applied to make the overall gate more refined, stable, and attractive. Surface treatment can be selected according to the project environment.

Common options include shot blasting, anti-rust primer, intermediate paint, finish paint, hot-dip galvanizing, or customized anti-corrosion coating systems. For coastal areas, humid regions, or outdoor factory entrances exposed to weather for a long time, anti-corrosion treatment is especially important.

Welds, edges, bolt holes, connection plates, and exposed steel parts should be carefully treated to improve long-term durability and reduce maintenance costs.
